Conceptual Design

We will study your property, your design brief, your wants and needs.  Then, we will combine these elements into a concept to help you visualize your project

 

Schematic Design

We refine the Conceptual Design into practical spaces and volumes that are easily understandable and tangible.

 

Design Development

We develop the Schematic Design into a full-blown project plan that encompasses your needs and is both buildable and affordable.

 

Construction Documentation

The Design Development is enhanced to a level where the project can be priced and all necessary permits applied for

 

Contract Administration

Once a Construction Contract has been signed and all necessary permits obtained, oversight is provided to ensure that the project is built as required.

Not all stages are necessary for every project. We tailor our services to your needs.  We can provide any or all of the above services for any project.  We can also provide straight drafting services if that is all you require.

 

Our fees are based on an hourly rate, a per-square-foot rate or a flat fee based on the overall requirements of your project.
